Equipment at the cutting edge of progress

The market is flooded with offers from companies who claim to be specialists in chiptuning and ecotuning. Be careful!

The quality of specialists in chiptuning and ecotuning is measured by the experience that they can bring to bear and the equipment at their disposal.

From this point of view, Dynatek is probably the best equipped in Belgium :

We have the best equipment for analysing and modifying the data in electronic boxes (computers) as well as all the specific facilities for each vehicle.

We have all the necessary diagnostic equipment for reading engine parameters while running.

We have a courtesy car for customers who do not wish to wait.

Our company is one of the few businesses in Belgium to have a4-wheel engine power bench. This equipment, at the cutting edge of progress, allows us to carry out high-quality reprogramming and to optimise engine mapping to the full! This bench also allows us to demonstrate the stated power improvements.

Before your vehicle enters our workshop, the power bench is parametrised, taking into account its characteristics and atmospheric conditions at the moment of the test (air humidity level, ambient temperature etc).

How does it work

Connected to a computer and equipped with four rollers with magnetic brakes, the power bench is capable of measuring a vehicle’s performance. Once the wheels are positioned on the rollers, it is possible to take precise measurements of power. The bench unit is equipped with a fan that permits rapid cooling of the engine.

During measurement, the computer determines power curves. On these curves, one may find gaps that might indicate, for example, a loss of power. So these need correcting.

Before any reprogramming, we offer you an initial run on the power bench. This will allow you to get an accurate idea of the initial state of your vehicle. After reprogramming, a second test is conducted so as to compare the improvements in power and torque that have been made.

It is worth knowing that for each reprogramming we automatically use the power bench! Because, after all, it is impossible to evaluate a gain in power by conducting tests on the road.
